Our motto is not just a collection of words, it was formed by all that the band does.
Wight Diamonds is a community band formed in 2000. We operate as both a concert band and as a marching band with members from various backgrounds, ages and abilities playing in one or both capacities.
Each year we participate in a variety of events on the Island and the Mainland including carnivals, fetes, bandstands, concerts and private events.

Practice nights are held on Tuesdays (19:15 - 21:00) at Cowes Methodist Church, Birmingham Rd, Cowes.
We’ll kick off our 2019 carnival season with Sandown’s Main Carnival on Saturday 27th July at 7 pm, followed by a performance at Challenge and Adventure’s Splash ‘n’ Dash on Yaverland beach at 2 pm on Sunday 28th July.
Whether you’re here on holiday and fancy experiencing an Island carnival for the first time or you’re a Islander looking for something to do on a lovely (hopefully!) summer evening then head over and join in the fun! We promise you’ll enjoy it!
