Our motto is not just a collection of words, it was formed by all that the band does.
Wight Diamonds is a community band formed in 2000. We operate as both a concert band and as a marching band with members from various backgrounds, ages and abilities playing in one or both capacities.
Each year we participate in a variety of events on the Island and the Mainland including carnivals, fetes, bandstands, concerts and private events.

why not come along to one of our practice nights and see what we are about?
Practice nights are held on Tuesdays (19:15 - 21:00) at Cowes Methodist Church, Birmingham Rd, Cowes.
If the answer is yes, then you’re in luck! This Saturday 13th August Wight Diamonds are having an Open Day at St John’s Church Hall, Newport, PO30 1LN from 10.15am to 1.45pm. All ages are welcome to come along and try a variety of instruments, as well as find out about the band.
