Our motto is not just a collection of words, it was formed by all that the band does.
Wight Diamonds is a community band formed in 2000. We operate as both a concert band and as a marching band with members from various backgrounds, ages and abilities playing in one or both capacities.
Each year we participate in a variety of events on the Island and the Mainland including carnivals, fetes, bandstands, concerts and private events.

why not come along to one of our practice nights and see what we are about?
Practice nights are held on Tuesdays (19:15 - 21:00) at Cowes Methodist Church, Birmingham Rd, Cowes.
We’re making two appearances at school fêtes this Saturday (4th July) so be sure to come by and say hello.
Pop by The Bay CE Primary School fête, Sandown to hear us play at 1pm but don’t fret if you can’t make it as at 3:30pm we’ll be playing at Shalfleet Primary School fête. Our performances will include well-known tunes and a pied piper routine where children can have a go at marching with us.
