Our motto is not just a collection of words, it was formed by all that the band does.
Wight Diamonds is a community band formed in 2000. We operate as both a concert band and as a marching band with members from various backgrounds, ages and abilities playing in one or both capacities.
Each year we participate in a variety of events on the Island and the Mainland including carnivals, fetes, bandstands, concerts and private events.

Practice nights are held on Tuesdays (19:15 - 21:00) at Cowes Methodist Church, Birmingham Rd, Cowes.
We’ll be out and about across the island this weekend at a variety of different places so pop along and say hello!
First off we’re playing in the afternoon at the Wootton Party in the Park event on Saturday 22nd July. Then we’ll be kicking off our 2017 carnival season with Newport Carnival that evening which leaves the Matalan car park at 7pm. Finally we’ll be playing at 10am at Sandown Airport on Sunday 23rd July for the Isle of Wight Lions Grand Family Fayre.
