Our motto is not just a collection of words, it was formed by all that the band does.
Wight Diamonds is a community band formed in 2000. We operate as both a concert band and as a marching band with members from various backgrounds, ages and abilities playing in one or both capacities.
Each year we participate in a variety of events on the Island and the Mainland including carnivals, fetes, bandstands, concerts and private events.

Practice nights are held on Tuesdays (19:15 - 21:00) at Cowes Methodist Church, Birmingham Rd, Cowes.
You can next hear us play at Ventnor Illuminated Carnival on Saturday the 17th of August. The procession moves off from Albert Road, Ventnor at 9pm but don’t forget that the route is shorter than the main carnival! Also judging by the weather here on the Island you might want to pack a waterproof as it looks like it might be a soggy one!
