Our motto is not just a collection of words, it was formed by all that the band does.
Wight Diamonds is a community band formed in 2000. We operate as both a concert band and as a marching band with members from various backgrounds, ages and abilities playing in one or both capacities.
Each year we participate in a variety of events on the Island and the Mainland including carnivals, fetes, bandstands, concerts and private events.

Practice nights are held on Tuesdays (19:15 - 21:00) at Cowes Methodist Church, Birmingham Rd, Cowes.
If the answer’s yes, then come along and join us at the Newport Christmas Fun Day on Sunday 8th December. This event takes place in Holyrood Street and we’ll be playing carols and Christmas music between midday and 12:45pm.
Later that evening we’ll be playing carols and Christmas music at the St Helens Lights of Love service which takes place at The Vine Inn on St Helens Green, starting at 6:45pm. Hope to see you there!
