Our motto is not just a collection of words, it was formed by all that the band does.
Wight Diamonds is a community band formed in 2000. We operate as both a concert band and as a marching band with members from various backgrounds, ages and abilities playing in one or both capacities.
Each year we participate in a variety of events on the Island and the Mainland including carnivals, fetes, bandstands, concerts and private events.

Practice nights are held on Tuesdays (19:15 - 21:00) at Cowes Methodist Church, Birmingham Rd, Cowes.

We’ll be at Shanklin Carnival tonight (3rd August), Cowes Carnival tomorrow (4th August), Chale Show on Saturday 6th at 12:45pm, Shanklin Illuminated Carnival that evening and finally we’ve been invited by good friends of ours Kingston and Malden Scout and Guide Band to join them for an afternoon concert at Rylstone Gardens bandstand on Sunday 7th.
